Broke my Femur on 2/25/23. They hooked me up with a rental wheelchair a few days after Surgery , so I would still be able to do some activities with some friends without being on my crutches at all times.Thank you for the excellent customer service and help.. ~ Joshua S.

Great customer service! Eddie called me back on the phone even though I did not leave a message and he was able to help me purchase my new, much needed walker as my old one was more than ten yrs old. This place was the only one in the area that had what I needed. He rung me up and had me out the door displaying all kinds of pleasantries even with the people before and after me. A very pleasant experience and reasonably priced items. ☺️ ~ Tamme

“They have EVERYTHING for my Dad’s caregiving needs, prices surprisingly comparable to online-only stores. Yep, Amazon may have some of the items cheaper, but you have to pay shipping duh. Evern if you are a prime member (that you paid $120/year) and wait for 2-5 days depending on availability, pray to the heavens that it is what you want. The size, the fit, the color, the material, the quality. Don’t get me started on assembly you might be missing pieces not to mention putting it together correctly. Got no time for that. I am not buying online again, it is stressful. I think this store does not even carry the cheap versions thank god. The store does have return policy for 10 days. Call them or visit. “Brought caregiving supplies for my clients that I take care of. They have everything you can possibly need from wound care to incontinent supplies. You won’t be needing to run around town buying stuff from multiple places anymore! It’s indeed a one stop! I also bought gifts for my elderly folk, they have nice selection of rollators canes and random gifts. I have been telling everyone about this place, the people out here are helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable about their stuff. “My home medical supplies is the answer to everything we needed. I managed a number of long term care facilities for residents with different cases and this store had everything I needed. Conveniently located in Sacramento. They offered free samples to try out like diapers, ointments, wound care supplies, braces to best find which is most comfortable and effective for each case. Customer service was outstanding. They were able to share their knowledge of their products to best help with the residents. “I have always found what I needed here, they seem to have some of everything. Last year I needed isolation gowns, gloves, and medical grade cleaning supplies. They had it all and were super nice when I returned some of the gowns that I had overbought.
This year they saved me again! My friend was visiting from out of state and her white cane for the blind got irreparably stuck and would not telescope out. Of course it happened on a Friday night when the Society for the Blind was closed for the weekend and she flew out on Sunday. She had a restless sleep wondering how she was going to navigate the San Francisco Airport and her transfer without it. It occurred to me at around noon on Saturday that My Home Med Supplies might be able to help and I was right! They are open on Saturdays and had several travel white folding canes in stock for a very decent price. I ran over there and got it. While I looked like a hero, I have to give the credit to these folks!” – Kathy

“My Home Medical Supplies was the best store in Sacramento for all my medical supply needs. It’s easy to find and there is lots of parking. I was able to get my grandmother’s wheelchair from them and they do rental by the week. It was a very pleasurable experience and they have such reasonable prices and I was able to meet with the most helpful, courteous manager. By the way, it’s best to call ahead so the manager can put your item on hold for a day, no charge.” – Katrina L.

“I came in today to the medical store to buy abdominal binder for my friend who had surgery. We checked their website first, then called and our questions are answered so we came. I met very nice and professional staff, they ask for size to make sure it fits. Good price too. They let us look around and they have products for caregiving.
