DIRECTIONS
Slip loop over second toe and position cushion under the ball of the foot. Pull on hosiery carefully and readjust cushion if necessary.
CARE
Hand wash. Air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before use. Do not place on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort, numbness or additional pain occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Comfortable on the foot even when running. Best part was it is washable with soap and water so can be used over and over.
Gayle –
It is comfortable when worn for extended periods of time. The washable feature is a definite plus. Only complaint is I have narrow foot so it is big on me I have to cut it.
