Two stays, rigid and spiral provide needed immobilization for various thumb pathologies or may be removed for step-down rehabilitation. The addition of the unique, movable elastic strap provides compression to the base of the thumb to help stabilize the CMC joint. Separate elastic strap included for additional adduction / abduction of the thumb as needed for patients with basal joint arthritis
